Our Single Close Construction Program is a one-time close loan program providing you with financing to build, remodel or improve a primary residence, second home, or vacation home. The program features a single closing allowing you to qualify for one mortgage and close on one set of credit documents. You will move through the steps of construction with peace of mind, knowing that your permanent financing needs are already in place. A simple note modification upon construction completion will transition you to the permanent kloan phase without the trouble of re-qualification or additional lander fees.

This loan program allows you to obtain construction and permanent financing to complete the following projects:

• Tear-Down and Rebuild
• Rehabilitation or Remodeling

Our LOCK and BUILD Feature gives you the ability to lock permanent financing up-front prior to closing. It also establishes the rate you will pay during the contruction phjase as an interest-only payment. Your permanent loan is locked at the same rate for 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 years beyond the construction phase. The loan is fully amortized over 30 years following Note modification.
